Worship Service

Sunday mornings at 10:00am

924 N 1st Street

Southwest corner of Roosevelt and 1st Street

We meet each Sunday morning to worship God as a community and to reorient our lives towards a daily worship of God. Our Sunday service is in a sense a "launching pad" for us into the rest of the week, to go out and be fully engaged in God's mission to transform and renew all things for his glory and the good of our city and world.

Our services will usually include singing, Scripture readings, prayer, and participation together at the Lord's Table. The most central part of our service is our time together in the Bible. We believe it is truly God's word to us, so we like to spend significant time in our service hearing from and being taught from the Bible, and then talking with one another after the service about what we learned.

There is no dress code and our time together usually lasts about an hour and a half.

Our service also provides nursery care for children ages 4 months through 3 years old, and a separate teaching time specially oriented for children ages 4-13. All of our children workers have been trained to work with children and have gone through a thorough process of interviews, background checks, and reference checks.

RCC Kids

Children are a blessing and gift from God. Our desire is to see children grow up with a strong foundation in God and a deep relationship with Jesus. Our children's ministry seeks to minister to our children, ages 4-13, with this in mind. Our children's program is held in the middle of our Sunday worship service. It offers a worship experience for children at their own level through engaging Bible stories and activities.
